This position works under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The position demands high quality, creativity and consistency while working on multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational capability and project management skills. In this role you would act as a liaison with foreign staff, International department staff and the IT department to ensure timely and accurate Sales and Compensation related activities. Additional responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing and preparing initiatives designed to grow Net Preferred Customers in the International Markets. Manages day to day operations to support the International Sales function including communication wit IT, coordination with Policy Administration and Sales management. Assists in the analysis of process improvements and value added initiatives (Sales Support Technology, Sales Operations process, metrics and reviews, Global Alignment, Customer Experience enhancements, SOP Documentation and control). Experience with company systems, processes and policies (Compass, Sage, Compensation, Web, Operations, Call Center Operations, Marketing Operations, Finance and Accounting, etc.) is helpful and necessary. Advises and supports senior staff in International Department as assigned and directed.Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Advises and supports senior staff in the International Department.</li><li>Supports assigned foreign entities by providing sales analysis to senior staff for review.</li><li>Supports International Vice President of Operations in areas of analysis and improvement.</li><li>Prepares key monthly operating and financial reports.</li><li>Assists in managing assigned projects.</li><li>Identifies, analyzes and reports on key business indicators that are impacting the growth and profitability of international operations.</li><li>Creates and maintains documentation on business rules and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Identifies areas where productivity can be increased or expenses decreased.</li><li>Organizes and prioritizes International projects and tasks for completion by IT related to compensation and Sales.</li><li>Assists in analysis of sales incentives, compensation plan changes and cost saving initiatives.</li><li>Develops and implements sales strategy changes or programs for new markets including compensation plan development, literature, etc.</li><li>Communicates with other departments and specialists like Finance, Accounting, Legal Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.</li><li>Performs and completes special tasks as assigned.</li><li>Ensures international company goals are met.</li></ul>Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes, and providing production support to the operation.- Lead and implement the design, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents and surveys.- Lead and own activities related to Business Requirement Documents process.- Analyze existing systems, programs, policies, and organizational processes and recommend enhancements and improved solutions.- Design and implement process improvements that enhance customer service and optimize business operational efficiency and quality.- Conduct statistical analyses and evaluates a wide variety of information to assess operational difficulties and develop solutions to complex problems, including escalated issues Independently develop and implement modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities.- Provide oversight and perform research and gap analysis to determine and improve effectiveness of all operational documentation.- Serve as a liaison between business ops and system team for the planning, implementation and maintenance of programs and contractual changes.- Communicate status, risks, and issues to the Systems Analysis and Design Director, senior management and/or the client, as appropriate.- Monitor BA activities with the Systems Analysis and Design Director to ensure that all business analysis activities are allocated appropriately and executed as planned.- Ensure all business requirements and business processes are adequately documented.- Lead cooperative efforts among members of a project team.- Manage efficient execution of business meetings with internal project staff, client staff, and/or project vendors.- Act as advisor to project team members to resolve problems.- Provide support to operation senior staff, division managers and program managers.- Develop high quality communications suitable for clients.- Work effectively with internal and external business partners in the delivery of solutions.- Maintain extensive and comprehensive working knowledge of all assigned programs and projects.- Lead and own end-to-end business analysis and requirements management activities.- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).- Analyze workflows, system interactions, and data tables.- Partner with Development teams and participate in solution reviews.- Perform data analysis, defect investigation, and change impact analysis.- Track and manage nonsystem client requirements.- Serve as liaison between business operations, systems teams, and clients.- Support contract administration, SLAs, and scope control.- Lead stakeholder meetings and provide status reporting.- Support implementation and onsite client engagement as required.Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Program Specific Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.- Medicaid provider background with understanding of downstream impacts.- Health and Human Services experience.- MMIS experience supporting state Medicaid agencies or MCOs.- Minimum 3 years provider related Medicaid experience.- Strong experience with workflows, requirements documentation, change impact analysis, and defect investigation.Program Specific Preferences- Familiarity with Medicaid provider enrollment and credentialing and related downstream impacts.- Experience supporting MMIS implementations or enhancements.- Prior consulting or multi-client program experience.Work Arrangement & Travel- Remote within the U.S.- Implementation driven travel required with weekly onsite presence during implementation periods.EEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
