The Massachusetts Health Policy Commission (HPC) seeks a Policy Associate to support the Market Oversight and Transparency (MOAT) department, a teamof analysts, policy experts, and attorneys who have helped craft the HPC’s first-in-the-nation Material Change Notices (MCN) and Cost and Market Impact Review (CMIR) processes and who are working to implement the HPC’s expanded authority to review transactions involving health care provider capacity expansions and significant equity investments in provider organizations.
