Preferred: Department Position Summary: Serves as the point person for the Nursing Clinical Excellence, including leading initiatives involved with HRSA/NCQA/TJC/DNV preparation and application, the FQHC Nursing Strategic Plan, Shared Governance, integration teams, and other industry best practices related to the nursing function. In collaboration with the Medical Director, works closely with Quality Improvement, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and nursing personnel in development of a just culture for identification of concerns and implementation of remedies to create a safer environment for patients and coworkers.
