ABOUT THIS ROLE
Xe is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to own and scale the end‑to‑end digital experience across all Xe‑owned properties, including web, landing pages, and key conversion journeys.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for defining and executing the digital experience roadmap—bringing together SEO/AEO, site architecture, UX, content, CRO, and lead capture into a unified, performance‑driven ecosystem.
This is a highly cross‑functional leadership role at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and analytics. The Web Marketing Manager will ensure that Xe’s digital surfaces are optimized for discoverability, usability, conversion, and activation, directly impacting growth, efficiency, and customer experience globally.
