Manages his or her workflow on assigned accounts (if any), which include, but is not limited to: daily mail, negotiating terms, ordering of renewal or new coverage, endorsements, audits, invoicing, binders, evidence of insurance, company and/or client correspondence, claims handling, suspense and follow-up, computer information input and client and/or policy information update. Provides mentorship and training to reach highest service levels, competencies in product knowledge, systems and procedures and works with producers (if applicable) and management to maintain synergy with HUB corporate goals, our carrier requirements, and the needs of our clients.
