Summary: The PSM Manager will ensure company compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP) rules by coordinating PSM program records, materials, tools, electronic management systems, and site-level routines necessary to strengthen PSM/RMP execution across Green Plains fleet. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the company PSM/RMP program in accordance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM), EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP), Green Plains policies, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
