Key Responsibilities: Determine how to successfully manage inventory and departmental planning parameters to develop buy plans, place orders, and evaluate inventory position Develop strong partnerships with vendors to meet all business needs Maintain purchase orders and inventory information and reports to ensure timely delivery of merchandise Partner with the product team on product issues, history, size assortment, placement of product, and vendor concerns What you bring: High school education is required Inventory planning, purchasing, or related experience preferred Basic knowledge of spreadsheeting, and Microsoft Suite Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to prioritize work Flexible and able to make decisions quickly Who We Are: The Vermont Country Store is one of the most unique and beloved companies in America.
