Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers • Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions • Quotes, sales contracts, submittal packets, prepare reports, and analyze customers sales data. • 3 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in masonry construction or building materials industry • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts, open orders, production, and projects simultaneously • Proficient in SalesForce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
