This role provides direct supervision of field staff and subcontractors, coordinates trades and inspections, drives jobsite safety programs, and maintains clear communication with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and clients. Documentation & Change Management Maintain accurate daily logs of jobsite activities, including manpower, inspections, visitors, weather, significant events, and coordination with inspectors, architects, and owners.
