Your organization develops and implements the manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts that build our products across assembly, additive, and machine shop operations - along with a focus on our F-35, ACS, and RMS programs - and drives the adoption of new technologies like automation, AI implementation, and computer-aided manufacturing to make our factories faster, leaner, and higher quality. Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers - including a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and their team - responsible for process development, equipment installation, build sequencing, and production layout across assembly, additive, and machine shop operations.
