They are responsible for clearly communicating the Safety, People, Quality, Rate and Cost goals and expectations of the department to the team, coach and mentor Material Handlers, motivate our team members and solve problems to achieve the business objectives. Regularly monitoring the inventory work, the implementation of assigned processes, such as coordinate a cycle count program, troubleshoot all order problems, and suggesting changes accordingly.
