They manage personnel by evaluating employee performance, conducting plans, appraisals, and evaluations, organizing and resolving conflict, issuing disciplinary actions, maintaining appropriate documentation, starting the hiring process, interviewing applicants, and recommending for hire, promotion, or transfer, and providing orientation and training for employees utilizing established training and assessment tools. This position maintains software/technology functionality, especially in the areas of service, purchasing, inventory, and issuing, and must have a working knowledge of the software system, including creating/tracking requisitions, purchasing and order scheduling, inventory tracking, daily pulls, advance withdrawal lists, etc.
