The Supervisor/Division Administration is responsible for leading and providing direction for the operating Division Warehouse, Materials Management, Auto Shop, Fleet Management, Building Maintenance, Security and functions related to Budgets and Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Property Accounting, and Contracts Administration in compliance with Company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Oversee the materials management, warehouse, auto shop, fleet management, building maintenance and security, budgets and forecasting, accounts payable, property accounting, and contracts administration functions and ensure related activities are completed in compliance with Company policies and procedures, and in a safe and timely manner to achieve departmental goals.
