They manage enforcing classroom expectations through restorative practices; collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating data results for continuous student improvement; establishing positive collaborative relationships with parents and community members; and actively engaging in reflective practices and applying new knowledge and understanding to enhance student learning. Paid leave: 8 sick days and unused sick leave will be cumulative to 180 days, with a maximum carryover of 172 days; 4 personal days that do not carryover, but are added to the annual sick leave and then qualify for accumulation.
