Under supervision, assist in ensuring the 24-hour residential home is physically maintained and assume responsibility for meeting the day-to-day needs of the residents, consistent with ECF policy and regulatory agency requirements relative to licensing. ECF holds the right to modify the terms of employment, including but not limited to, job descriptions, duties, schedules, compensation, work locations, procedures, guidelines, practices or employee benefit programs with or without advance notice.
