This role oversees departmental performance, employee development, workforce planning, portfolio priorities, and mathematical risk while partnering with executive and cross-functional leaders to deliver engaging, commercially competitive, and regulatory-ready online slot games. Expert knowledge of slot mathematics, including RTP, volatility, prize distributions, jackpots, and feature balancing, with experience developing, validating, and launching commercially released and/or regulator-approved games across multiple markets.
