Your work will help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building operations across equipment that may include Rooftop Units (RTUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, Make-Up Air Units (MAUs), Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS), Annex Air, energy management systems, exhaust fans, laundry equipment, fire alarm systems, water source heat pumps and refrigeration systems. Maintain air handlers and mechanical equipment (filters, belts, oiling, coil cleaning, drain pan maintenance).Operate, install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as exhaust fans, automatic valves, pneumatic/electrical controls, refrigeration systems, and space heating/cooling units.
