Position will be engaged in the bar set up and organization, bar area cleanliness, trash removal, restocking, as well as the transportation and transfer of alcoholic products to and from warehouse, storage areas, and bars for the sale of and efficient production of quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products for consumption by guests in a trained, responsible, and professional manner. The position requires math skills and the ability to multi task, basic beverage knowledge inclusive of specifications (fluid measurements, size, shape, color, glassware, and garnish) familiarity with product recognition (brand, label, bottle size and color, use, etc.).
