Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.   What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.</li><li>Adapt lessons and assessments to meet each learner’s needs.</li><li>Mentor each student and support their social-emotional growth.</li><li>Build strong, consistent partnerships with parents and guardians.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to campus life or culture.</li><li>Keep student records accurate and organized.</li><li>Invest in your own growth through reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional development.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.</li><li>Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science and math courses (Earth, Physical, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Earth Space, Anatomy & Physiology, Marine Biology, Zoology, Integrated, Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, and Calculus), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided. </li><li>Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.</li><li>Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.</li><li>Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.</li><li>Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.</li><li>Florida residents require level 2 background screening through <a style="font-family: verdana, geneva;" href="https://info.flclearinghouse.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://info.flclearinghouse.com/</a>. </li></ul>
