Center Directors are capable of effectively balancing educational duties, such as administering assessments and diagnosing student learning gaps, administrative duties, such as creating student binders and keeping the center clean, sales duties, such as responding to leads and successfully enrolling customers, and employee development/manager duties, such as proper scheduling and providing on the job training/coaching. The Mathnasium Center Director operates the day-to-day functions of a center and is the highest level of leadership in the center; they assume responsibility for providing service to students and parents, grow enrollments, and effectively lead and manage the center team.
