Knowledge of small business and commercial loan documentation, strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization, ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere. This person will manage the accounts' payable function, payroll function, invoicing and accounts receivable function, program control activities, monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements.
