This role provides leadership across close, consolidation, technical accounting, audit, and internal controls, and serves as a key partner to divisional leadership across manufacturing, distribution, assembly, service, capital equipment, and precious metals to strengthen working capital discipline, cost control, and enterprise decision‑making. Job Details:  <ul><li>Type of Employment: Full-time, Permanent</li><li>Location: Jefferson Hills, PA (South of Pittsburgh, PA)</li><li>Division/Department: Corporate/Finance </li><li>Reports to: Chief Financial Officer  </li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with the CFO and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and acquisition initiatives, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.</li><li>Drive working capital improvement and cash conversion cycle performance across inventory, receivables, and payables in partnership with operational and commercial leaders</li><li>Lead global accounting operations, including close, consolidation, financial reporting, and core accounting functions, with strong controls and consistent execution.</li><li>Establish close discipline and reporting rigor, improving visibility into cash flow and margin performance to support sustained growth</li><li>Provide technical accounting leadership to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP (and IFRS where applicable), lead external audits, and own the internal control environment</li><li>Drive process standardization, automation, and ERP governance (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support a scalable finance function</li><li>Own inventory and cost accounting, including valuation and reserves, work in process (WIP), cost of goods sold (COGS), overhead rates, and variance and root cause analysis</li><li>Oversee precious metals and foreign exchange hedging programs, including governance, controls, and accurate accounting and reporting.</li><li>Lead and develop a high performing accounting team by setting clear expectations, building capability, and reinforcing accountability</li></ul>Qualifications:<h3>Required</h3><ul><li><h3>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance</h3></li><li>CPA or MBA/advanced degree</li><li>12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including recent Controller-level roles</li><li>Experience leading global accounting operations, close, and consolidation</li><li>Strong technical accounting skills and deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP</li><li>Proven people leadership: build, develop, and retain high-performing teams</li><li>Track record of improving processes, systems, and controls in a growing or complex environment</li><li>Ability to travel internationally as needed</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>ERP implementation/optimization experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred</li><li>Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments</li><li>Manufacturing/distribution accounting experience (inventory, costing, overheads)</li><li>Tax accounting experience (in partnership with external advisors)</li><li>M&A, integration, or global expansion experience</li><li>Domestic and international travel as needed</li><li>Other duties assigned</li></ul> Why Kurt J. This role assists in developing the strategic direction and management of the day to day contracting and network management activities for a local given territory. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Manages complex contracting and negotiations for fee for service and value-based reimbursements with hospitals and other providers (e.g., Hospital systems, Ancillaries, and large physician groups). + Builds relationships that nurture provider partnerships and seeks broader value-based business opportunities to support the local market strategy. + Initiates and maintains effective channels of communication with matrix partners including but not limited to, Claims Operations, Medical Management. Credentialing, Legal, Medical Economics, Compliance, Sales and Marketing and Service. + Contributes to the development of alternative network initiatives. POSITION REQUIREMENTS + Should possess a bachelor’s degree; preferably in the areas of Finance, Economics, Healthcare or Business related. Significant industry experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Description As the First Line Risk Senior Manager for the Embedded Banking business, you will represent the First Line of Defense and identify and mitigate potential risks within the embedded banking risk and controls environment. You will serve as a trusted risk advisor, interfacing with business partners to drive meaningful identification and mitigation of risk. Key Skills and Qualifications: + Strong Knowledge of Risk Management Principles: A solid understanding of various risk types (e.g., operational, financial, compliance, reputational) and risk management methodologies, including COSO and OCC Heightened Standards. + Payment Products: Foundational knowledge of core payment capabilities in the U.S. financial system, inclusive of, but not limited to: Wire, ACH, Real Time Payments and Virtual Cards, including embedded banking use cases. Understanding of how the risk landscape may change based upon the nature of payment structures and process flows and implementation of adequate and effective controls to mitigate risk in an embedded payment relationship. + Financial Industry Experience: Experience in banking or financial services at a nationally chartered institution is highly desirable. Understanding of B2B, B2C, C2C legal and payment structures. + Risk Assessment Skills: The ability to manage and execute risk assessments on new business initiatives and implement new and or revised controls to applicable product and service risk inventories.
