Job Summary: The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides professional nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, applying nursing principles to assess, prepare, and assist with treatments and procedures in accordance with established clinical guidelines. Demonstrate professionalism in conduct to include but not limited to interactions with other team members, willingness to admit areas where improvement in skill is needed, honesty in documentation of work hours and leave requests, receive, and respond to feedback provided by other members of the team.
