Recent college graduates that enter Williams International's engineering team can expect to spend up to one year's time in each of three different engineering departments such as electrical design, software design, controls, manufacturing, mechanical design, turbomachinery design, FEA analysis, engine cycle analysis, project engineering, engine test, component test, systems engineering, materials and process engineering, factory automation, product support. Electrical engineers at Williams International work on the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic products such as digital engine controls, sensor systems, actuator systems, power converters, motor drivers, and communications plus electro-mechanical devices such as motors, generators, solenoids, and wiring harnesses.
