Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge about new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines. This role performs routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment while assisting with general repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other facility maintenance functions.
