Develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications for hydropower, dams, or fisheries related projects, including hydropower unit rehabilitations, powerhouse crane rehabilitation or replacement projects, intake gate hoisting systems, trash rakes, spillway gate hoists, pump station design, fish hatchery or fish passage facilities. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance.
