Engineering solution development: Ability to develop mechatronics concepts and solutions, make sound technical tradeoffs, resolve issues, and realize designs that meet functionality, performance, cost, compliance, and schedule constraints, including a deep understanding of control theory, structural dynamics, mechanical design and vibrational analysis. In this role, you will contribute to mechatronics engineering deliverables that scale by job grade, from executing defined technical work to leading complex module development, shaping technical direction, and driving system-level integration across multiple designs.
