In addition to coordinating and delivering training, the Training Coordinator supports continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and helping implement sustainable solutions. In concert with Operators, Engineers and process owners, Assist in developing, maintaining and executing training programs to ensure operators are trained and ready for future business needs (e.g., Machining, Molding, Plating, Assembly, QA, etc.).
