Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines, including but not limited to the following: Leads the strategic development, enhancement, governance, and maintenance of the Global Healthcare product portfolio, including policy forms, endorsements, manuscript language, coverage solutions, underwriting tools, forms libraries, and product guidance materials. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining a structured product operating model, supporting product lifecycle management, improving product-development processes, and ensuring the Healthcare product portfolio remains responsive to emerging risks, regulatory developments, claims trends, underwriting needs, and market opportunities.
