Responsible for timely coordination of new community preparations, including sales trailer (utilities, facility, landscape, displays, location, etc.), model(s), pre-sale information, and grand opening events, etc. To coordinate the marketing, merchandising and startup/close down activities for all communities; including organization of the advertising, model home decorating, and signage/display for vendor activities.
