Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, international development, or related field; At least five (5) years of professional experience in budgeting, pricing, cost proposal development, or financial management for donor-funded programs; Experience preparing budgets for major bilateral or multilateral donors (e.g., USAID, FCDO, IFAD, World Bank, etc.); Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling; Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues; Experience working in an international or multicultural environment preferred.
