The Director, Product Strategy partners closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Product Management, Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to deliver market‑relevant solutions that meet customer and broker needs while achieving underwriting and profitability targets. This role leads product strategy across designated commercial lines (e.g., Workers’ Compensation, GL, Auto, Umbrella), ensuring the lines of business are competitive, profitable, compliant, have market relevancy and are aligned with organizational growth objectives.
