For over 100 years we've been committed to delivering top-tier customer service and innovative solutions that help businesses operate efficiently.Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and self-motivated Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong communication skills. You will play a key role in supporting both marketing initiatives and sales operations while also assisting with employee onboarding efforts.<hr/>Key Responsibilities:Marketing Support<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Coordinate and assist with trade show setup and execution</li><li>Organize meeting room setups and employee gatherings</li><li>Collaborate closely with external marketing partners</li><li>Create and distribute product flyers and marketing materials</li><li>Manage email campaigns (e.g., Constant Contact mailings)</li><li>Maintain and update social media platforms</li><li>Prepare and send new customer welcome packages</li><li>Coordinate attendance and participation in Chamber of Commerce events</li><li>Track and process vendor co-op reimbursements</li><li>Manage employee apparel and customer marketing merchandise (swag)</li></ul>Sales Support<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Work closely with the Director of Sales and sales team</li><li>Provide support for Compass/Sherpa software, including:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Pricing updates</li><li>Troubleshooting issues with the sales team</li><li>Training and onboarding users</li><li>Generating reports</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data</li></ul></li></ul>Employee Onboarding & Recruiting Support<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Partner with department managers to post open job positions</li><li>Monitor applicants and assist in the hiring process</li><li>Support onboarding activities for new employees</li></ul><hr/>Qualifications<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Self-starter with a proactive mindset</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working with software systems and learning new tools</li><li>Must be drug free and have a clean background</li></ul>Experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.Compensation/Benefits<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Health/ Vision/ Dental Insurance</li><li>Paid Vacation</li></ul>
