Ensure the marketing equipment assets (coolers, vendors, fountain and other types) are maintained in a clean and organized manner Select, coach, train and develop marketing equipment service technicians Route ride with marketing equipment service technicians in order to coach them on processes and develop their technical skills Minimize equipment downtime Ensure that equipment is moved and delivered per customer requirements according to PepsiCo policies Ensure department DOT compliance and safety objectives are met Ensure the Marketing Equipment department meets the annual operating plan budget Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.
