In this role you will bridge business and technical teams by translating mission needs into platform requirements, documentation, and product planning inputs, while supporting process analysis, stakeholder coordination, user onboarding, and knowledge management through well-organized, accessible documentation and decision records. Experience building, organizing, maintaining, and enhancing knowledge management assets, including knowledge bases, documentation libraries, FAQs, process guides, decision logs, onboarding materials, and reusable templates.
