Project Management: Oversee all operational components of event execution with precision—including budgeting, vendor negotiations, space design and preparation, logistics, marketing collateral, travel coordination, AV requirements, event promotion, and detailed roadbook creation—followed by comprehensive post-event analysis, reporting, and ROI evaluation.
