The candidate will be responsible for: * Develop, review and analysis of detailed job cost report including assessment of cost commitments, month end accruals, month end actuals adjustments, journal entries, remaining cost assessment and forecasting, purchase orders/contracts invoicing check, contingency drawdown, risk profile balancing, estimate at completion cost assessment, and multiple variances and tending analysis to further drive capital forecast predictability. The applicant should have detailed knowledge and experience with: * Multiple cost management and control practices * Various cost estimating techniques * Project Risk Management best practices * Review and analysis of contractor and vendor performance * Duke Financial and cost management systems * Project Change Control processes Required Qualifications: * Graduation from a four-year college or university - business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent.
