Purpose of the Position: The Assistant Director of Health Center Optimization is responsible for leveraging all CPCA’s core competencies – advocacy, partnerships, education and training, and technical assistance and resources – to respond to state and federal health care coverage policies in Medicaid and Medi-Cal, including health care benefits and eligibility determinations. Manage stakeholder engagement, regulatory and administrative advocacy, and the development of educational resources, training opportunities, and technical assistance (including webinars, in-person workshops and conference events, toolkits and manuals, newsletter articles and/or brochures, web-content, etc.).
