The position reports to the manager of Nursing Quality and assumes responsibility for one or more of the of the following functions:Nursing quality measures, Quality improvement projects, Data collection and data sharing of nurse quality indicators, Oversight of in-depth chart reviews, Partners with current teams, committees, and councils as well as creating any additional committee or task force needed to address issues, Researches, utilizes, and executes evidence-based practices into nursing culture, Creates age-appropriate education and coordinates with Center for Education and Development to meet all educational needs, Conducts rounding on units to assist in data collection, collaboration, and provide real-time education to team members.
