Support multiple projects by: Scheduling & Planning Develop, maintain, and update Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules Create resource-loaded and cost/budget-loaded schedules Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity coding Perform schedule updates, baseline management, and progress tracking Conduct schedule "what-if" analysis and assist with risk modeling Support resource forecasting and workload planning . Required Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field preferred; High School Diploma required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities .
