The Director develops and maintains strong partnerships with university leadership, campus stakeholders, NSHE institutions, Business Center South partners, and external vendors to align priorities, improve service delivery, evaluate benefit plan options, support procurement and RFP processes, analyze utilization and market trends, and advance strategic human resources initiatives. The Director serves as the institutional lead for benefits administration, including oversight of NSHE-sponsored and state-sponsored health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs such as RPA, PERS, tax-sheltered annuity and deferred compensation programs, medical insurance, supplemental insurance, Section 125 programs, and other employee benefit offerings.
