The Director of Rehabilitation Services works collaboratively with providers, nursing leadership, administration, and interdisciplinary teams to support organizational goals, improve patient outcomes, and promote excellence in rehabilitative care for patients of all ages. This leadership role oversees Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Rehab Aides, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services while ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
