Planning, Monitoring, and Reporting: Oversee and manage service delivery of all health, mental health, and disability information for Head Start and Early Head Start: Ensure that student health, developmental and behavioral screenings are completed within 45 days of program entry; health appraisals and oral health assessments are completed; and a health status determination is made within 90 days of enrollment for enrolled children; source of medical and dental care is established within 30 days of enrollment. Develop, coordinate, and/or deliver staff training on health-related topics including but not limited to health and school readiness connections, short term exclusions, medication administration, medication intake, nutrition and oral health practices/interventions, health insurance access, ChildPlus data entry, mental health consultation, early intervention, and child behavioral health topics.
