The role owns both development and execution of the production plan and is responsible for safe, efficient production of finished goods to specification, equipment reliability, labor and cost performance, customer service, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Ensure Production Planning builds a realistic plan based on demand, capacity, labor, materials, equipment, changeovers, maintenance needs, and customer priorities, and ensure Production executes it effectively across areas and shifts.
