The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float for their Medfield, MA (Floating to Medfield, Norton, and Medway) location.
The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for, but not limited to: Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care. Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.

3. Summary: Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Assists physician and/or licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed; 2. Makes both occupied and unoccupied beds; 3. Accompanies patients when transported outside the center for appointments as requested; 4. Ensures patients are ready for scheduled rehab therapy and transports patients to rehab area; 5.
