As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will be assisting the psychiatrist or medical doctor with the prescription, administration, and monitoring of medications, conducting client assessments, delivering medical-based treatment services, and providing crisis intervention and supportive counseling. Since 1971, the Hampton - Newport News Community Services Board has provided a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, essential, and community-based services to citizens of the Peninsula who are living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
