This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, conducting sales presentations, and educating clients and families about the various services offered by NCC, including monuments, cemetery lots, vaults, and other related products. Participates in overall cemetery operations within a collaborative office environment, including greeting guests, providing in-person, telephone, and online customer support, offering location assistance, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales-related documentation.
