In partnership with nursing leaders, educators, and project teams, the NPD PM develops detailed project plans that define scope, actions, accountable parties, deliverables, timelines, and associated communication and training activities. Plan and conduct formal and individualized educational sessions for learners with varying experience levels, including end users, managers, administrators, and instructors, and assess learner progress to ensure learning needs are met.
