The HIM Manager collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, compliance, revenue cycle, legal counsel, information technology, and other healthcare leaders to support organizational goals, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and exceptional patient care. This position provides leadership and operational oversight for document management, release of information, chart completion, record retention, privacy compliance, data integrity, and electronic health record (EHR) functions.
