Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. Essential Job Functions: Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct restorative care services as well as its programs and activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
